Pet Policy

Limit of two pets per home. There is a pet fee of $300.00 and a $35.00 monthly pet fee. All pets must have all required shots, licenses and tags, including name tags. All dogs must be on a leash at all times outside of the apartment. Strict leash law policy will be enforced at Chambers Lofts. Tenants will be fined if his/her pet is not on a leash.
