Pet Policy

Limit of two pets for a 2 bedroom or one pet for a 1 bedroom. There is a non-refundable pet deposit fee of $300.00 and a $35.00 monthly pet fee. Both fees are per pet.  All pets must have all required shots, licenses and tags, including name tags. All dogs must be on a leash at all times outside of the apartment. Strict leash law policy will be enforced. Tenants will be fined if his/her pet is not on a leash.
